Atlanta Re-Roof Specialists will help you with a roof inspection, whether you are looking to replace your roof, purchase or sell a property, or would simply like to survey storm damage. When you hire us, you can expect the following for your roof inspection:

A roofer will arrive at your site, and make mental notes of several items, such as the location of the dormer, chimney, wall flashings, the pitch of your roof, and general surface conditions. He will also determine what steps need to be taken, depending on the type of roof you have. A roof inspection for an asphalt shingle roof will be quite different than a slate roof inspection or a flat roof inspection.

The interior of the home will be inspected, looking in the attic for dark areas and leaks. The structural integrity of the interior will be inspected as well.

Finally, an external inspection will occur. Atlanta ReRoof Specilists will go onto your roof and thoroughly inspect for shingle bruising, broken slates, deteriorated flashings, cap problems, and other issues. If the condition of the roof is questionable, we may use binoculars to adequately determine the state of your roof. Metal roofing will be checked for rust or deterioration.
